For example, gold finger tape has high requirements during the rewinding stage. When rewinding, it appears to be very flat, but during slitting, it is found that the end face of the tape has gaps, and if left for a long time, it will form a hat shape. Such a product is impossible to provide to customers. Gold finger rewinding requires high requirements for the tightness of the rewinding and exhaust bubbles. Therefore, when selecting the configuration, the exhaust bubbles are selected as flat push pressure wheels. The exhaust bubbles of the pressure wheels are uniformly controlled based on the distance between the pressure wheels and the rewinding material. The constant tension control system is used to control the discharge tension. After the rewinding machine is set for the first time, the rewinding efficiency can be greatly improved and losses can be reduced.
